After reviewing various descriptions on the AppliancePartsPros.com blog, I was able to determine my problem was a faulty door latch and an inoperative circuit board. I ordered both parts from AppliancePartsPros.com, and I was able to replace them both in less than an hour. While there were more steps, the circuit board was fairly straightforward to replace. The door latch was simple to access, but it was difficult to screw into place. Overall, the project was doable for someone with average skill.
