I watched your video and took it apart (carefully) but exactly as described. I found a gear missing some teeth and ordered the replacement, after verifying that I was using the right number. Your phone tech was great. I received the part sooner than expected and replaced it using my notes to put it back together the way I took it apart. Works as new.
