I pulled the dishwasher and turned it on its back. Looking at the bottom of the dishwasher I loosen two clamps and removed two wires, pulled out the old motor/pump and installed the new one, tighten the two clamps and hooked up the wires. It took every bit of five minutes from start to finish. It took longer to reinstall the dishwasher.
