Sounded like it was going to shake itself to death. I first replaced the blower fan but then went back and replaced the idler pulley. Both were bad. The dryer used to shake my whole house. Now, it’s as quiet as a baby’s breath.
Used both of the videos that the pros had on youtube. My mileage was varied as each of the dryers were just a little bit different than mine. The point was well received though. A little work around and I nailed it. Easy, cheap fix that I should have done several years ago.
