Mark T West Springfield , MA January 15, 2017 Loud grinding sound from microwave turntable motor Very simple fix. Unplugged the microwave and then unscrewed about 10 screws form the bottom of the microwave that hold the lower cover on. Simply disconnected the old motor, removed it, and then replaced it with the new one.
