I replaced the circulation motor that went bad from a leaking seal. This was a pretty simple repair. I took the dishwasher out from under the cabinet turned it on its side and loosened two torx screws holding the pressure plate that keeps the main motor tight. The old motor slid right out all in one unit with o rings attached. Put new o rings on the new motor and slid it in the dishwasher. This new motor had a different electrical connection. For the price, a simple wire conversion kit that just clicks into the old connector would have made it much simpler. With this one I had to cut and strip the wires and connect them to the new connector wire harness, crimp and heat shrink the connector. I missed one heat shrink because it fell off while looking for the crimpers and had to use electrical tape. Reinstalled the dishwasher and hooked everything back up and did a test run. Now I am glad to say that the dishwasher is no longer making noise.
