Took machine apart with help from you tube. Determined the problem of rusted / stripped shaft. Looked up the parts on your site and ordered during a holiday weekend. Holiday was on a Monday and your parts arrived on Wednesday in good shape. Did a quick install and machine is running almost like new. It is over 7 years old and we are trying to get a few more years. Thanks!
