Ordered a new Sump Inlet and replaced it. It wasn't terribly hard. Luckily the old model of GE dishwasher I had still had a parts diagram graphic underneath the unit from the factory. Otherwise I would've never figured out how to release the spray arm. Unlike most dishwashers nowadays, the unit I had did not just pop off. You had to pry a lever in behind and under the spray arm inside the wash tub area.
