We took all the panels off in back, removed drawer and lifted the cooktop. Nasty job but removed all insulation along with a decaying mouse. Brushed and vacuumed all surfaces including wires. Check to be sure none of the wiring had been chewed. Then Simple Green, rags and scrub brushes in hand every surface nook and cranny cleaned. Researched and ordered new insulation which arrive in two days standard shipping. Replacement was an easy fifteen minutes.
