Wife complaint to fixed in 3 days (including initial "I'll get to it sometime").
The replacement parts are slightly different design (upgraded part numbers) but all worked perfectly. Extremely fast shipping. Price may seem high for shipping in comparison to the parts, but consider your time and gas to pick them up locally someplace and it's a bargain. Couldn't find a better deal on the parts+sh anywhere.
Recommend ordering two of everything you need if cheap, especially the upper rack end caps. Makes the shipping more even and the second endcap will probably break coming out if it's been in the dishwasher a number of years.
