I bought a used Whirlpool refrigerator on a yard sale site. It was working, but when we moved it in our house, plugged it in and NOTHING... the panel to control temp would not work. The guy who sold it said that it takes a bit to "warm up." We tried multiple times to get it working...nothing. Ordered the new Motherboard and my husband was out of town for work when it came in. I EASILY removed the back panel, unplugged the old board, removed it and put in the new one. Plugged it back in and plugged it in. The programming rules did not work the way they were supposed to. It says to press door alarm to end programming. That did not work... you have to press the down arrow again. It kicked right up. I live chatted with two employees and they were GREAT!! I will come here again if any other parts are needed.
