Linda L North Jacksonville , FL May 06, 2016 The left front roller was broken so i could not pull it out to clean I called Sears to schedule a service call for Sat. Morning. At 11:00 a.m. A service man called and said he was going to do the service call (the original tech was going to be delayed), so he had been scheduled instead. He had another call before he could get to me (an hour drive one way And he would get lunch and see me later. I asked him about how long it might take, he said they do not charge by the hour. He said he couldn't remember for sure, but it was between $200.00 and $250.00, but they would deduct the $90.00 service call from that amount. I am a widow living on ssi alone, so I asked him to cancel the call. Now the interesting part: I injured my shoulder last week doing a closet revision, but with your quickly supplied part, I got our socket set out, some wood to put under the fridge - and changed the roller in about ten minutes! I am 72 and was very happy to have saved the money for the service call! Thank you for your help, we made a good team! Tanya B Smithton , IL October 10, 2021 Appliance: Whirlpool Refrigerator GI5FSAXVY04 Motherboard failure. I bought a used Whirlpool refrigerator on a yard sale site. It was working, but when we moved it in our house, plugged it in and NOTHING... the panel to control temp would not work. The guy who sold it said that it takes a bit to "warm up." We tried multiple times to get it working...nothing. Ordered the new Motherboard and my husband was out of town for work when it came in. I EASILY removed the back panel, unplugged the old board, removed it and put in the new one. Plugged it back in and plugged it in. The programming rules did not work the way they were supposed to. It says to press door alarm to end programming. That did not work... you have to press the down arrow again. It kicked right up. I live chatted with two employees and they were GREAT!!
