Amante A Arlington , TX June 24, 2016 Motor died after 18 years of service I called appliance parts pro and tell them about the sound of the washer when it is on agitating mode. A technician tell me that it is the motor that about to go out and ask me to give the model number. At that time i did not have the model number ready. After 20 minutes i pulled out the washer to get the model number and i called back another tech was on the phone and he help me to get the motor.I order the motor and a belt but the belt is short there is no way that it will fit.Anyway i pull out the old motor and compare it to the old one, the wire harness is different, the video shows it is simple just plug in the motor and go. In my case i have a new control board and the motor with new wire harness. But with the help of customer service and the technician i manage to get it back together and it is running good.
