I removed almost all of the outer shell and found the insulation around the oven was covered in mouse droppings and most likely urine as well. So I removed the old insulation, measured it and found the model number of my Whirlpool stove then got online. The best match I could find to what I needed and that I was able to verify as the correct part was the insulation from Appliance Parts Pros. I ordered the new insulation and it arrived in a few days. when it arrived it was exactly what I needed and I installed the new insulation with no issues. I finally put everything back together in the order that I had taken it apart. I fired up all 4 burners on the stove top as well as doing a trial run with the oven. Everything works properly as well as there being no smell anymore from the previous occupant that decided to invade.
