David M Joliet , IL October 11, 2021 There were multiple issues with the old locks for the wheels. Then the center spray arm that was clogged up.. The wheels were a piece of cake with brand new locks on them. Used a 1/4" nut driver to install the middle spray arm. The end cap snapped into the rack .slide.
