I ordered the part from your company. I had found a video on www.youtube.com showing me how to repair this. When the part arrived, I unscrewed the panel from the dishwasher door with my power drill and correct bit. I unplugged the broken part and replaced it with the new part you had sent to me.I put the panel back on the dishwasher door and it was fixed. I was actually proud of myself that I did this! Your website is excellent. Once I knew the part number, I found it on your website and ordered this. I did contact your Customer Service team and they were very friendly, very courteous and let me know when the part would arrive. It arrived in two days! Thank you!
