The videos were very simple to follow and allowed me to address the issues myself. I was thinking of replacing the entire unit/dishwasher but after reviewing the ease of replacing needed parts, it was more cost effective to do the repairs myself then to replace the entire dishwasher. ApplianceParts did send my parts quickly, less then a week, with no defects or issues.
