Once I found your website and viewed the repair video and read the comments I ordered the repair parts. KitchenAid Repair told me that the mixer was "shot" and I should just go ahead and buy a brand new one with a 10% discount if I ordered right then and there with her. I told her that the mixer has hardly been used and of course it was out of warranty. But once I saw your video and I and very handy with repairs, I decided to go through with the repair myself. I could just imagine what the shipping cost would be to return it to KitchenAid for repair. WOW!
