After doing some basic tests, I called your customer service. They agreed with me that no resistance across the element surely indicated that it was bad. APP had the element in stock (my local distributor did not). I ordered it with next day shipping. It arrived the next day. Installation went smoothly with a basic take out and put back in. The dryer now heats and my wife is happy.
