I received replacement parts rather quickly, very pleased with that. Turned power off at main breaker and pulled oven out to center of floor. Placed overlay on new control board. Took damaged part out, put new part in its place. With new board in place, and connection still to damaged part, replace connection one at a time, until new part is completely installed and connected. Restore power from main breaker and there you have it....success!
