I researched online and found it was common to have ignitors go out after 5 years of use. I ordered both as recommended and proceeded with the repair. I had a difficult time removing the door from the Viking and went back to read on the internet. I found several posts that referenced the door did not have to be removed. Once that was established the repair went very smoothly. The front screw on the left igniter required an angled screwdriver but other than that it was very fast and straight forward. The total time was less than 15 minutes to ignition. Change them both no matter what.
