John M Port Saint Lucie , FL February 12, 2016 Appliance: Model TWO DIFFERENT APPLIANCES Within the past 3 weeks i ordered twice once was a handle for my oven door and then for 5 knobs for my dryer The oven door was slightly complicated due to the "glass" sliding away and the "ears" at the bottom of the door bending, but some "duct tape" held it in place while I attached the new handle (after having straightened the ears and placing the glass in the correct position). The best part was that both orders arrived before the projected delivery date. One took 2 days and the other took 1 1/2 days from time of order. Unbelievable.
