Purchased the pump assembly and replaced it. My dishwasher’s power was hardlined to the machine, and there was a large black part dead center of the machine’s base that blocked access to one of the three torques screws. Those two differences from the “how to” video made my repair much more of a headache for a novice like myself. Especially the torques screw being nearly impossible to access (I don’t know what the name of the part that blocked it is). Beyond those exceptions the repair was just like the video. My time is not the norm for anyone with experience or those expecting the two obstacles I ran into.
Thankfully it did correct the problem!
