We followed the video instructions on your amazing website. Initially we used YouTube videos to make sure there were no clogs, but the dishwasher still didn’t drain. So we decided to order a new pump. Your video was easy to follow. Even though our dishwasher seemed to have an extra part not shown in the video, with a little fiddling we were able to install the replacement pump in a about an hour. It was like music to hear the new pump working. I didn’t realize before that the sound of the pump was missing. Thank you for saving us a large repair bill!!
