Yvonne P Salisbury , MD November 10, 2017 Appliance: Model LDE5001W LG Quit heating no error occurred Researched internet, called AppliancePartsPros.com and discussed issue with 2010 LG dryer,LDE5001w model. Three parts suggested, thermostat, heater assembly and thermistor. Two parts fixed the dryer , heating assembly and thermostat. Watched videos and requested a link to download this model's repair manual from AppliancePartsPros.com. Took about half hour to put parts in, and clean inside, fire hazard inside, full of lint! Works great, like new. Cost 160.00 to do it yourself! Well worth the labor and time. Glad AppliancePartsPros.com is there.
