Move the fridge to expose the back, unplug, remove the back cover.
Pulled out the old run capacitor and relay.
Noticed a burned part on the bottom plastic and rattling sound of loose parts inside.
Spliced a new compressor start kit onto the old wires.
The heat shrink tubing is too big and red spade connectors go unused.
