I purchased and installed a new thermostat, heater coil, and defroster. I watched the videos to help with the installation. I found the videos very helpful. I looked under the refrigerator and found the coils and fan were covered with dust and lint. I cleaned then off with a air blower and vacuum cleaner, this helped and probably solved my problem also.
