With The excellent help from appliance parts pros. I was able to troubleshoot the problem with their help and also used there customer service to get the right part. they even provide a you tube video that shows how to remove and install the part. That was very helpful!!!!!! I highly recommend appliance parts pros. They were the main reason I was able to save money on the repair and their parts prices are very good also. If the rating was from 1 to 5 I would give them a 10.
On another note I will never buy anything Samsun again- no matter what it is. Their customer serv is the worst I have ever dealt with!!!!!!! The washing machine I have has the worst ratings of anything I have ever seen!!!!!!
