Removed the 4 screws on the back to holding the protective panel in place. Removed the bolt holding the rotor assembly in place. I then cleaned the shaft the rotor assembly sits on, cleaned the bolt and applied lock-tight to the bolt, replaced the rotor assembly with a new one and screwed the bolt back into place.
