Wife informed me that the Samsung Dryer (we have a matching pair) was not drying clothes and seemed to have no heat. When I arrived home, we unplugged the unit hoping for some kind of "reset" and still produced no heat. She was heartbroken as she does laundry daily and LOVES her Samsung washer & dryer. She started looking at new machines and was unhappy as most are "Smart" machines, which she didn't want...I did a quick search online with the model # and the symptom and wound up on your website. Further research indicated that this was somewhat of a common problem, and the fix was a simple heating element replacement. I own an auto repair shop, I am pretty handy with tools, but knew very little about Samsung electronic controls. On your website, there was a very detailed video describing the heater element replacement---detailed enough that anyone with minimal skills could perform the repair. The element was also available as an assy. with both sensors installed, taking all the electronic guesswork out of the equation, and saving time on the repair. The whole swap took approx. 20 - 25 minutes, and it was up & running again! The wife was happy she could keep her set together, and I was happy that we didn't have to shop for a replacement appliance !!! Excellent website and support videos.
