Kathleen G Berlin , NJ August 09, 2020 Samsung washer was not spinning or draining. I had to manually drain each cycle. Purchased and installed a drain pump assembly. Googled problem, decided the drain pump was what was causing it. Watched video on AppliancePartsPros, with whom we have dealt with in the past. Decided it was a doable repair, ordered the part on Sunday, received it Wednesday morning. The machine was up and running the same day. It is listed as a half-hour job. Took me longer because the video is of another model and not exact directions for mine. Any other time delay was because of me, not the part. Would highly recommend their parts and service.
