I pulled the dryer apart, including lifting out the drum, replaced the four drum support rollers, the tension pulley, and the drive belt. The YouTube videos were fantastic and gave me the confidence to try the repair. It took a total of about five hours to do it (three to pull things apart, and just two to put it all back together). It was actually not that difficult and I might have high-fived my friend who helped me screw everything back together. The parts totaled to about $144. Just a diagnostic visit without repair was a minimum of $85. More than anything, it felt great to actually do something like this myself. Look up their videos if you think you might want to try your own repair. Exceptionally well done!
