William M Boston , MA September 13, 2015 Seepage through pump backplate loose lower retainer clip caused impeller to run off center Pulled front panel...blocked up front of machine...pulled hoses..drained..approx 1.5 gal..inspected ..pump ..very worn drive keyway..cleaned drive shaft..coated with petroleum jelly..reassemble..new pump and NEW retainer clips...cycle test Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
