The washer would walk across the floor on spin cycles. I replaced the three suspension springs (3 short & 1 long) and the three tub suspension pads. Simple job, easier than the video. You could do it by yourself but it is much faster with an assistant to tilt the tub for you. No special tools, less than 1 hour. Make sure the skate plate is positioned correctly and you're done. The washer now works like new. Price of parts and delivery were great, no issues. I would recommend these guys, will use them again.
