I did not want to have an appliance guy out to fix it. I thought it would be too expensive. So I "chatted" with appliance parts pro's. I told them what I was seeing as far as what was broken on my machine... they helped me find and order the right parts. I ordered Saturday afternoon, and the parts were there on Monday evening! Appliance pros had a step by step video on how to remove and replace the broken parts. My 8 year old son and I worked on the machine for about an hour and were successful in fixing it. Machine works like a charm. I think I could have repaired it faster, but I couldn't find my channel lock pliers.
