Made sure it wasn't the bearing/splines on the drum (ie was the drum solid connection at the bottom?) then replaced the shocks. Works like a charm- as easy or even easier than video instructions!! I do wish AppliancePartsPros.com had the recommended lube for the shocks- only a little is needed and they just have some pricey stuff and more than a lifetime supply! I used synthetic marine grease I had.
