I also ordered and installed a new motor pulley however I don't think the old one was bad. 1st adjustment was wrong and I reviewed the video again. 2nd adjustment was correct and hopefully fixed the issues for a long time. Customer service with APP Pros was great, shipping was fast, and it was a relatively easy fix.
