Watched AppliancePartsPros video which exactly described the problem. Plastic tabs on back of control panel that held on starter part had broken off. Ordered new control panel which arrived in less than 24 hours! Used video to help us install the three dryer control parts to back of the new panel. Reinstalled knobs. Dryer now working fine! So happy we did this without calling a repairman or buying a new dryer.
