First, I looked at several videos of possible failures on the internet and was convinced that the oven ignitor was bad. I then checked for the replacement parts and found both of them at Appliance Parts Pros. I then called them and they confirmed my selections for both igniters. I received the parts within 2 days, followed the directions to install both the upper burner igniter and oven igniter. The repair was very easy and we now have a fully usable 20 year old oven. And we no longer need a match to light the upper burner.
