I followed the instructions from the video. I am a female medical office professional and was quite proud that I fixed a home appliance myself. My husband stated that I can now be the repair person at home. The process was quite simple , and most cost effective. I estimate I saved about $250 from a appliance repair tech coming to my home and overcharging me. The female representative I spoke with on the phone who took my order was incredible and very knowlegable. Between the both of us, we narrowed it down to part for the fix and it worked beautifully. I am thrilled.
It required one tool, a philps screw driver. The entire process took about 10 minutes and the oven was up and running at full capacity!
