Double-checked and the gas line was on. Took dryer apart to access heating components. Used a multimeter to check for continuity on the ceramic igniter, gas solenoids, thermal fuse, and thermistor. The thermal fuse and thermistor showed no continuity. Replaced the fuse and thermistor from parts from AppliancePartsPros.com and dryer worked perfectly.
