I ordered a new assembly for both the top and bottom of the front of the drum, and replaced them. I reviewed the AWESOME repair videos on appliance parts pros website and felt brave enough to take the job. New machines are expensive, and I have heard they don't last as long as older models. So I want to keep ours alive as long as I can. The repairs went just like the video. THANK YOU PARTS PROS!!!! I am thankful for businesses like yours.
