We followed your great videos on how to do our own repairs and found other problems so we ordered more great parts from your company and glad we did because they were cheaper than others were and genuine GE parts.. Also dealt with your customer service on the phone and Michael treated me very well.. He was very professional and even emailed me a service manual. Thank you for everything yall did.
