After finding the exceptional how to videos on YouTube I was confident enough to take the dryer apart on my own. I discovered that it was a broken belt and was able to easily find the part on their website. It was delivered in less than 2 days and after watching the video on how to replace the belt I was able to fix the problem in less than 40 min. Thanks a TON for providing the instructional videos as I never would have attempted to repair it on my own without them.
