It was quick and easy once I found AppliancePartePros.com. The website was setup so I could find my parts quickly. The photos and videos gave me confidence that I was ordering the right parts. The videos showed me exactly how to get the top rack out (I know I would have broken one of those clips). I ordered the parts online over the weekend and they were at my house Tuesday. Couldn't have gone better. Made my wife happy ~ for about 30 minutes.
