I ordered both the upper and lower heating units from AppliancePartsPros. I ordered on a Sunday and received them on the following Tuesday. The only tools needed to repair was a Phillips head screwdriver. I removed the two screws the hold each element and disconnected the wires to each. The wires just clip on the units. The new heating elements I received were exactly like the originals. I replaced the heating elements by simply reversing the removal process. The entire project took maybe 10 minutes. I am delighted with the parts received and the parts were delivered faster than anything I have ever ordered on-line. This was standard delivery. Thumbs up for AppliancePartsPros.
