Terry S Crown Point , IN June 13, 2020 Appliance: Model GE GLD5600R00CC The upper and middle spray arms were not rotating during wash cycles and also not spraying out very much water dishes and glassware were coming out still dirty or with heavy film on them. This is a 2011 model, and has always worked perfectly until now. It just accumulated a significant buildup of powdered soap residue inside the swing arms and plugged up the jet holes. I replaced the upper, middle and lower spray arms, as well as fine filter and hub nut, using parts I ordered from appliancepartspros.com.
