I decided to replace all the rail components for the upper rack, and the repair was very simple. Appliance Parts Pros delivered the part FAST (3 days). We didn’t realize how bad the movement of the rack had become. The first time my wife pushed it in after the repair it shocked her (it was like she’d slammed it closed!). I had to pull the dishwasher half way out to replace the tub wheels, but didn’t need to unhook the water or electrical connections as there was plenty of slack in the lines. The entire repair took about an hour, taking my time at it.
