James M Westmont , IL June 14, 2016 It was walking around the floor smoking and sounded like there were rocks in the basket After researching the potential causes, I used your You-Tube video of step by step instructions to disassemble the entire machine. It was the broken spider gear as expected so I used the parts ordered...reassembled the machine (again using the video in reverse) and voila....a perfectly running machine.
