I purchased a new drive block and watched the video from Appliance Parts Pros. The install took about 15 minutes and was fairly easy (I'm not the most handy person you'll ever meet either). I also purchased a spanner wrench from them because I was unsure if any local stores had them. This is now the second time I replaced a part in our wash machine to keep it going. A total of about $60 versus calling a repair person and paying many times that ...or buying a new washer!
